				Effects Controls: Fade In / Out (4) You can use fade in and fade out with any effect settings on any effect. With fade in and fade out, you can: Modify an image's scaling over time to have the image expand into view. Modify the spotlight's location to have the spotlight slide across the video. Modify the colors in False Colors to have the video change color over time. And anything else you can think of that involves an effect changing over time.
